MANAGEMENT FUNDAMENTALS: LEADING CHANGE
When: February 22, 2017
Time: 08:00 AM To 12:00 PM
Department of Public Works - The Alhambra Room
900 S. Fremont Avenue
Alhambra, CA 91803

The purpose of this powerful four-hour managerial seminar is to empower and educate managers to proactively recognize and respond to organizational change

Practical Application: Change for all living systems is inevitable.  The environment, the containing system, imposes the change; the choices are: adopt or become extinct.

Organizations, as living systems, are no exception. Nevertheless they resist change. To stay alive, they must find ways to embrace change and prosper.

The challenge is how can they do this and who is going to lead this process.

During this presentation we will engage in an interactive discussion to explore the alternatives.
