The ability to recognize and regulate emotions and harness them for high performance is paramount in the workplace. This seminar provides participants an opportunity to take a deeper dive in the the EQ subject matter.

Alicia Jacobs of Ajament Partners will facilitate the workshop explaining the importance of EQ professionally and personally. This is a very interactive seminar that will require participants to complete a confidential assessment prior to attending the seminar. A link will be sent to participants after they register for the seminar. The assessment will examine behaviors individuals bring to the job, the driving forces that drive them and an understanding of their own emotional intelligence.
