The Budget and Finance for Non-Budget Personnel seminar is loaded with excellent speakers and information on budgetary processes, budget cycle timeframes/deadlines, eCAPS, accounting basics and more. Joseph Kelly, Treasurer and Tax Collector, is the Keynote Speaker and will present on the County’s Tax Revenue Anticipation Notes, which provides the County with nearly $1 Billion in operating cash annually.There is also a special presentation and update on the Homeless Initiative and Cannabis Legislation.

Attend this seminar to gain “behind the scenes” insight on the implementation of budget and fiscal requirements for current “hot topic” Board initiatives. “Hot topics” will include the regulation of cannabis use and the state of the Homeless Initiative from a budgetary and/or financial perspective.
