Did you start the New Year off with plans and goals for 2020 and then COVID-19 changed your vision?

The Los Angeles County Management Council’s seminar, “Managing in a Crisis,” will focus on leadership skills during emergent situations. We often make every effort to plan for emergencies and unexpected turn of events but managing in a crisis and the aftermath can still be a challenge! This seminar gives managers the tools they need to effectively deal with today’s changing dynamics in the workplace. Attendees will also secure an understanding of how to effectively lead in times of crisis.

Dr. Sepideh Souris, Chief of Psychological Services, Department of Human Resources

Dr. Dora Kingsley Vertenten, Professor, University of Southern California, School of Public Policy
