REGISTRATION CLOSES NOVEMBER 30th @ 12:00PM

We are excited to share that registration is NOW OPEN for our annual  LACMC Holiday Gala! Registration will be closing soon, and you don’t want to miss the fun which will include access to exhibits, dinner, dancing, flight simulators, games, and prizes.

This year we will be celebrating at the California Science Center located at 700 Exposition Park Drive, Los Angeles, CA 90037 on Friday, December 3, 2021, at 6:00 p.m.

When registering please make sure and provide a response to the following statements on the registration webpage:

• Proof of COVID Vaccination or Proof of a Negative COVID test within 72 hours of the event and State or County work ID are required. The City of Los Angeles requires this documentation to access the Science Center.
• Check the box only if you require parking.
• Check the box If you require a Vegan dinner entrée.
• If you registered and forgot to request parking send an email to specialevents@managementcouncil.lacounty.gov .

NOTE: Some members have been experiencing technical difficulties when trying to register. If you are not able to register online, please try the technical workaround outlined below.  The registration website does not support the Internet Explorer browser.

Please remember to support the DPSS Toy Loan program by bringing a new unwrapped toy to the Gala.

REGISTRATION PROBLEM WORKAROUND:

Some members have been experiencing technical issues during registration when on the county network. We are actively looking into this matter; in the meantime, we are asking members to take the steps to below to see if you can register.

You will either receive a pop-up which will have you enter your log-in credentials (have them login) or you will get a page that shows a bunch of coding. Both screenshots are below. Either way, once you log in or receive the coding screen, close the browser, open it again, and try making a payment.

If these steps above do not work the other option is to register on a computer that is not on the County network OR send an email to specialevents@managementcouncil.lacounty.gov  and we can assist you in making payment by check.
