I have over 31 years of experience with the Department of Public Social Services (DPSS).  During my tenure in a district office, I consistently exceeded expectations when performing the functions of an Administrative Deputy District Director (ADDD) while proudly serving the public.  Throughout my time in this role, I streamlined clerical operations, handled several facility upgrade projects and performed multiple types of personnel actions while cultivating an environment of empowerment and collaboration. I excelled at establishing priorities, communicating effectively and eliminating backlogs.  The constant demonstration of my leadership skills has earned me the respect, trust and cooperation from my peers, staff and the public we serve. Additionally, I offer an excellent work ethic.  Currently, I work in the Communications and Project Management Division (CPMD) in the Toy Loan and Volunteer Services (TLVS) section of DPSS as an Administrative Services Manager II.  In this role I communicate with various community organizations and stakeholders on essential services provided to the community. I also maintain Departmental relationships and partnerships with numerous community organizations, Board Deputies and County departments.
