This seminar is designed to develop leaders’ ability to influence people from all walks of life that come from different cultural backgrounds, and to navigate the cross-cultural differences with grace.  Understanding different cultural interactions and business styles enhances team cohesiveness and effectiveness across all organizational functions. Culture is the essence that shapes customers’ or employees’ behavior.
